Welcome to Creaos Travel. By booking a tour or service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Payment Terms

Advance Payment: Not required unless your package includes flight tickets or the total service cost exceeds €600.
Pricing & Taxes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All applicable taxes at the time of booking are included.
Rates: Package tour prices are per person based on double occupancy. Single room supplements and triple room reductions apply where available.
Group Bookings: For customized group tour quotes and terms, please contact the Creaos Travel team directly.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made on the tour day via cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard). Advance payments are accepted via bank wire transfer or credit card.

2. Cancellation Policy

3. Refunds

Refunds or booking modifications are strictly granted based on the cancellation timelines outlined in Section 2.
No refunds will be authorized for any tour, transfer, or package once the service has already commenced.

4. Hotel Pickup & Drop-Off Services

Cappadocia Tours: Includes complimentary pickup and drop-off at hotels in Göreme, Uçhisar, Ürgüp, Avanos, Nevşehir, Çavuşin, or Ortahisar.
Ephesus & Pamukkale Tours: Includes complimentary pickup and drop-off at hotels and cruise ports in Kuşadası or Selçuk.
Istanbul Tours: Includes guided pickup (via public transport) from hotels located in the Sultanahmet area.
Other Locations: Available upon request for an additional transfer fee.
Punctuality: Guests must be present at the hotel reception at the agreed pickup time. Pickups generally occur within 15 minutes of the appointed time. Missing the pickup results in a 100% charge with no refund.

5. Health, Fitness & Allergies

Insurance: Guests are strongly advised to hold comprehensive international travel and medical insurance.
Physical Fitness: Some archaeological sites (e.g., Ephesus) involve walking on uneven ancient terrain. Guests are responsible for assessing their physical ability before booking.
Dietary Needs: It is the guest's responsibility to inform Creaos Travel in advance of any severe food allergies or dietary restrictions.

6. Accommodation Standards

Standard package rooms are double or twin-bedded with private facilities.
Bed preferences, smoking preferences, and connecting rooms are subject to hotel availability upon check-in.
Check-in time is generally 2:00 PM; check-out is before 12:00 PM.
Creaos Travel reserves the right to substitute hotels with equivalent standards without price adjustments.

7. Airport & Hotel Transfers

Transfers are provided via private air-conditioned minivans, cars, or coaches.
Flight delays are covered up to 1 hour from the scheduled arrival time. Beyond 1 hour, guests are responsible for securing alternative transportation (e.g., taxi), and transfer fees remain non-refundable.

8. Travelers Requiring Special Assistance

Any disability requiring special care must be reported during booking.
While Creaos Travel makes reasonable attempts to accommodate special needs, we cannot provide personal assistance for walking, dining, or medical requirements. A qualified companion must accompany guests needing individual assistance.

9. Passports & Visas

Guests are solely responsible for securing valid visas, passports (valid for at least 6 months post-departure from Turkey), and meeting Turkish customs/health requirements.
Creaos Travel assumes no liability for guests denied entry into Turkey or onto transport due to missing documentation.

10. Liability Policy

Creaos Travel is not liable for loss, damage, injury, delay, or negligence caused by third-party suppliers or independent travelers.
Unforeseen Circumstances: If 25% or more of a tour program cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control, a partial refund will be calculated based on the unperformed portion of the itinerary.

11. Complaints & Customer Support

Any issues during the tour must be reported immediately to your Creaos Travel guide or support team for immediate resolution.
Unresolved matters must be submitted in writing within 24 hours after the tour completion, along with supporting documents/receipts.
